Tease, back comb, and fluff up.

What we will do:

We will tell you whether or not your condition can be treated.
If your hair loss is due to something that is treatable, we will explain your options and provide a reference if necessary to get you treated.
If not treatable, we will explain our process and show you your options, and if desired, we will schedule a time for you to meet with one of our current clients to give you another perspective on our process so that you can make an informed decision.
We will give you time to make a decision and you will not be expected or encouraged to commit to anything on your initial visit.

What we won't do:

Pressure you in any way.
Make you sign a contract.
Mislead you in any way.
Promise to grow your hair back unless we can actually do it.
